MemoryMixer 3 is here!

Or at least it will be on Wednesday. I am SO exicted.

It is available along with a special printable content bundle on QVC or http://www.qvc.com/ starting Wednesday and will be featured during the craft show sometime between 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST.

It won't be in the local stores and at MemoryMixer.com until March 5 though.

They will also be offering an upgrade option at the end of March if you just want to upgrade the functionality and not get the new content.

(Hope they don't mind me sharing this information from their newsletter but here is what I know about it . . .)

What is included with Version 3?

New & Improved functionality like . . .
Fill a Font
Background Builders
Project Patterns
Drag & Drop Photo Panel
Additional Photo Effects
Create Borders & Frames
Fit text to a Shape
View albums before you open them
Embellishment Search
Favorite Embellishments

It is loaded with lots of new content, including:
20+ QuickMixes
1000+ Embellishments
900 Backgrounds (300 in 3 sizes-giving you lots of flexibility)

Seems like my second quickpage was overlooked in my last post as the downloads for the first one are almost triple. So be sure you pick up this one too . . . FOR LINK OTHER THAN 4SHARED if you have concerns about 4Shared, please click here.

Layouts and Freshly Baked and Moonbeam Quickpage Freebies

Update: There are TWO Freebie quickpages in this post, Freshly Baked and Moonbeam. Be sure to grab both of them. Looks like the second one is being overlooked.

Miss me? I finally got my replacement laptop from the manufacturer earlier this week so hopefully you will be hearing more from me. So much to share, where to should I start?

The collab at Pretty Scrappy is so adorable this month! Every month they just seem to get better and better.

I loved this one so much I had to play with it while I was waiting for a few details of my Quickpage Team assignment to be worked out. I redid one of the pages from baby girl's book which I wasn't all that crazy about the first time around. Still not loving this picture of me but I do love the layout a whole lot more than I did before.

My assignment this month was hybrid! I wasn't too sure about it at first since I hadn't done this type of album before, but with a little encouragement from a few friends, I am pleased with how it came out. Here is a preview of the two pages I did for the 28-page Maya Road Hybrid Album that is free with a $15 purchase this month at Pretty Scrappy.

When I saw this kit from Creations by Rachael B it was calling my name. I tried to resist since I am supposed to be working on my baby books but I REALLY wanted to play with it. Isn't it a fun kit?

Here is my layout I did with it.
I made it into a quickpage for you. LINK EXPIRED.

I have to show you this gorgeous kit by new designer, Dani's Delusions. I have been watching her amazing designs for awhile and am so thrilled that she now has her own store now at Sunshine Studio Scraps. (If you are thinking of getting this, be sure to check out Julie.Itis.'s blog for a coupon for 25 percent off at Dani's store.)

Here is my layout with this.
I had never done a scraplift before but when my friend Miss Chris was selected as the person to scraplift for the challenge at Plain Digital Wrapper, how could I pass that up? Here is the layout I did using RazMaTazz by Juile.Itis. for the challenge.

It was a scraplift of this layout by Miss Chris:

Speaking of Julie. Itis., my has she been busy! I have three new kits I got to play with since last I blogged.

First up is the very pretty and whimsical Steggo's Valentine:

Then we have this fun little collab she did with Tracy King, Marshmallow World.

I did another not-for-the-baby-books layout using this kit but aren't the kids so cute in the snow? How could I resist? Actually, at the moment I am caught up on my baby book scrapping goals until the end of February so I had a little time to play.

Then we have the very celestial kit, Moonbeam, which is Julie's latest release.

Here are a couple of layouts I got done with this one.
I had so much fun with Miss Chris's scraplift I decided to try the one this month to scraplift the very talented Annette. Here is what I came up with.
It was a scraplift of Annette's Adorable layout.

And because Annette is such a sweetie, she said I could give you my layout as a quickpage. Annette just started her very own blog so if you get a minute, stop by and welcome her to blogville!

While we are on the topic of scraplifting, guess who was chosen for the Scraplift Challenge at My Scrap Shop this month? I was so surprised to see that my layout I showed you last time with the poem from Thena Smith was selected to scraplift. How cool is that? So I decided in honor of this, I would scraplift myself. :D Here is what I came up with. I did modify it a little though (but that is the great thing about a scraplift) because I was playing with the use of "white space" in a layout for a challenge at Hummie's World.
(Everything I used for this one was by Flergs.)

I am sure you are tired of reading by now so I will let you get back to whatever it is that keeps you busy. Happy scrapping!
